Just a suit for ski jumper

In the ski jumping scandal around manipulated suits of the athletes, the World Association FIS has set new rules for the remaining World Cup competitions. From now on, the athletes are only allowed to compete with a jumping suit by the end of the season.

It must be a suit that has already been equipped with an identification chip this winter. A second suit can be available as a backup if the first breaks. The jump suits are collected by officials from FIS after the competition. They should be spent again around 30 minutes before the next training or competition. The changes also apply to the Nordic combination. Lindvik and Forfang suspended the world championships in Trondheim, which ended last Sunday, manipulated suits of Norwegian ski jumper.
