After the results, the opposition has once again raised the issue of EVM irregularities. From Congress party to Shiv Sena faction chief Uddhav Thackeray made allegations of winning the elections by tampering with EVMs. Meanwhile, Elon Musk, one of the richest man in the world sitting across the seven seas i.e. in America, has praised the Indian election system. He admitted that India’s counting of votes of 640 million i.e. 64 crore people in one day is really praiseworthy. Tesla company owner Elon Musk has been given an important responsibility in the incoming government of Donald Trump. He has been given the charge of Ministry of Efficiency. He mentioned India’s election system in the context of the counting of votes in California not ending even after 18 days during the US Presidential elections. Musk was replying to a post on social media platform X. While sharing this news he wrote “How India counted 640 million votes in one day”. The caption of the user’s post took a dig at the California results and read, “Meanwhile in India, where fraud is not the primary goal of elections.” Referring to the post, Musk said, “India has 640 cases in 1 day.” Million votes counted. “California is still counting votes.” Elon Musk responded to another post on X saying, “India counted 640 million votes in a single day.
