Rwanda and DR Congo are given until May 2 to sketch a peace agreement

Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo were committed to developing a peace agreement by May 2 and respecting their respective sovereignty on Friday. This declaration was signed in Washington by their foreign ministers, in the presence of the American Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
