Some Indians were also trapped in this terrible situation and have been evacuated from there. Ghaziabad resident Ravi Bhushan is the first among the 75 Indians to return to India from Syria. On returning to India, Ravi mentioned the dire situation in Damascus and thanked the Indian government for the help.
