The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation updated the register of “foreign agents”, including six people. The register included: the former Medus photographer Evgeny Feldman; demographer Alexei Raksha; former chairman of the Memorial human rights center Alexander Cherkasov; writer Alexei Exler; co-founder of OVD-info Grigory Okhotin; curator of cultural programs of the Memorial Society Alexander Polivanov. The register also included the Moscow Against Mobilization project. Based on the Ministry of Justice, they “disseminated inaccurate information about the decisions made by the public authorities and the policy they pursue”, and also took part in the creation and distribution for an unlimited circle of messages and materials of “foreign agents”.
