The Sanef rents “a time saving”

Established for almost a year now, free flow tolls are starting to be well known to the French. On the A13, the Manager La Sanef welcomes an already accepted system that saves time.

With BFM Normandie, the Director of the Group’s Operation and Customer Experience, Vincent Fangguet, assures that at the time of vacation departures, there was “no slowdown on the old toll sites where we used to”. The Sanef goes even further: on a Paris-Caen axis during a period of strong crowds, these tolls allow to win half an hour! Read also: How to pay a free flow toll? 90% of payments are made in a “spontaneous” manner and according to the manager, motorists very quickly used this new type of toll: 90% of the payments are “spontaneous”, whether on the Internet or with a badge. The badge, precisely, is used by 70% of motorists: “It is the main means from Monday to Friday,” says Vincent Fangguet on BFM Normandie. The manager also confirms that 700,000 people have created a customer account, allowing to receive “automatic reminders to avoid forgetting to pay”. If there are still some problems with certain badges, the Sanef ensures that it is enough to contact it so that “the passage is put back on the badge without an increase”. The manager also says working with car rental companies following an accumulation of fines in recent weeks.
