Lack of places, unsuitable structures, absence of psychological follow -up, mistreatment … The list of shortcomings within child protection is long. A parliamentary commission of inquiry into childhood social assistance makes its conclusions on Tuesday April 8, after months of work on a system undermined by dysfunctions and the inaction of public authorities.
