Russia creates thousands of accounts controlled by it in Tiktok, through which it is trying to influence public moods in Ukraine. This is stated in the material “Ukrainian Truth”. According to the report of the DatarePortal research company, in Ukraine, 17 million Tiktok users are more than in Instagram (12 million) and Facebook (13.9 million). In April 2024, the Ukrainian Center for Combating Disinformation reported on blocking several dozen channels in Tiktok, which distributed “enemy propaganda”. Among them were the pages of the anti -prismeline Ostap Stakhiv, the pro -Russian journalist Diana Panchenko and the deputy of the Rada Alexander Dubinsky, accused of Gosomen. According to the head of the center Andrei Kovalenko, the blocking of individual accounts is “not treatment, but removal of symptoms”. He noted that the social network should automatically distinguish misinformation from “free content”. As an example, “Ukrainian Pravda” is given by the account of the former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Igor Mosiychuk. He had 300 thousand subscribers, and his video was typed on a million views. The opposition center of misinformation was included in the list of pages distributing Russian fakes. Soon the page was blocked, but Mosiychuk began to create new ones. So, in September 2024, the former deputy called for subscribing to his ninth account in Tiktok. Ukrainian Pravda writes that Russian propaganda uses Tiktok algorithms, which allow recently created accounts without subscribers to gain hundreds of thousands of views. The publication gives a scheme according to which most Russian fakes work in Tiktok. First of all, a “boot farm” is created – accounts with a minimum of information. Then the “emotional video” is created using artificial intelligence or from real personnel. This video is published during the day in hundreds of accounts, and bots massively put likes him, comment and “look” to the end for the sake of promoting the video. Tiktoka algorithms believe that the video is popular, so they begin to offer it to other users. “Of all social networks popular in Ukraine, such an instrument as Boto -Forams still works with high efficiency and allows you to influence the information field,” the publication says. “I don’t want someone else to die” “Medusa” to drive the whole of Ukraine from east to west to find out how its inhabitants see the end of the war-and whether they believe in it “I don’t want someone else to die” “Medusa” went all Ukraine from east to west to find out how its inhabitants see the end of the war-and whether they believe in the inextricability of the artificial intelligence and the technology of dipfaces and the technology They also allowed to create fake accounts in the Ukrainian military in Tiktok. So, at the end of March 2025 – during the departure of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces from the Kursk region and against the backdrop of statements by US President Donald Trump about the surrounding thousands of Ukrainian military – a video appeared in Tiktok, on which the Ukrainian soldiers allegedly recorded their last words, said that they were abandoned, and they would die here. Such videos, as the UP writes, gained millions of views. The material also tells about Ukrainian bloggers, some of which are “consciously or not, play along with Russian information campaigns.” Such bloggers live at the expense of the spectators and show the life of “ordinary people without glossy stories from Instagram.” Some of these bloggers attract the audience with their “analytics,” notes “UP”. A video was typical, where the blogger analyzes international politics at the wheel of a car, gives advice to the Commander -in -Chief of the Armed Forces and reveals “insides” from his friend, “who has a kum in intelligence”. Such bloggers publish videos, focusing on relevant topics and their emotions from them. Tiktoka algorithms pick up such content faster. Such topics include, in particular, criticism of the actions of the TCC (territorial setting centers, an analogue of the military enlistment offices). In June 2024 alone, in the Ukrainian segment of Tiktok, a video with TCC tagged 470 million views. “First, Russia is invested in bringing a certain topic into trends, and then Ukrainian users themselves create the desired content in pursuit of viewing. In recent years, Tiktok has become one of the key tools in Russian information operations, ”the Ukrainian Truth concludes. The consideration of the Ukrainian Project project from mid -2024, 27% of Ukrainians say that they will learn news from Tiktok. Moreover, if you drive into the search for Tiktoka “News of Ukraine” or “Ukraine News”, only a few dozen accounts will be real media, the rest are anonymous. To increase confidence in their video, anonymous channels use logos of famous news brands. So, for example, an anonymous news aggregator “Ukraine online” in Tiktoka uses a video with the famous Ukrainian journalist Vadim Karpyak and the logo of the popular Truha telegram channel. At the same time, the link in the account profile leads to a telegram channel with 900 subscribers.
