Moussa is of Malian origin, he arrived in France at the age of 4. Years later, he served a prison sentence, and reintegrated into society. With the new immigration law which softens the expulsion conditions, the French government considered that Moussa represented “a serious threat to public order”. He was arrested and expelled in Mali because of his criminal record.
