The court in Moldova arrested the head of Gagauzia Yevgeny Gutsul – Meduza

The court in Moldova authorized the arrest of the head of the Gagauz autonomy Evgenia Hutsul. Gutsul was detained on March 25 as part of the case against the pro -Russian political party “Shor”. She is accused of illegal financing of the political party and election candidate as part of an organized criminal group. Hutsul has been heading Gagauz autonomy since the summer of 2023.
