The Moscow Arbitration Court at Rusnano arrested the money and other property of the former head of the company Anatoly Chubais and another seven people worth 5.6 billion rubles. This is stated in the court ruling. In addition to Chubais, the defendants, in particular, are held by the former deputy chairman of the Rusnano board Yuri Udaltsov and Boris Podolsky, former adviser to Chubais Oleg Kiselev, a former member of the board of the Rusnano Criminal Code, German Pikhaya and others. The company filed a lawsuit against Chubais and seven more defendants “On joint collection of losses of 3.892 billion rubles and $ 20.4 million in rubles at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of execution of a judicial act”. Rusnano also asked to take interim measures, so the court arrested the money and other property of the defendants in the amount of 5.6 billion rubles. According to the FSB, the company abducted more than 13 billion rubles when creating a Russian tablet. In early February 2025, the Beschansky District Court arrested the top managers of Rusnano Marina Kasenkova, Sergey Podolsky and Arthur Balstyan on charges of abuse of authority. As Kommersant wrote, they are suspected of being issued for assets “multimillion -dollar debts to banks”, the guarantors for which the state acted.
