The philistine court of Moscow arrested the former co-owner of the ABC Taste network and a number of other companies Kirill Yakubovsky, accused of creating a criminal community (part 1 of Article 210 of the Criminal Code), Interfax reports with reference to the press service of the court. On April 9, the Presnensky District Court of Moscow sentenced Yakubovsky, Maslovsky and Bezrukova in the fraud case (part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).
