The story of Palestinian women and girls suffering from the pain of war and displacement in Gaza. ‘Our strength is all we have left’

“This war has changed my life forever. We have been displaced repeatedly, taking away my education and my friends. The fear we live with cannot be described in words.” These are the words of 14-year-old Leanne Nahal, who at such a young age has seen five wars in Gaza and has been forced to be displaced several times. Leanne Nahal says, “At first we were able to buy food, fruits, and clothes. Able Now eight of us are forced to live in a temporary tent. How can we tolerate all this? Women and girls in Palestine are facing extremely cruel conditions, but they have still not given up hope. She says, “We are not They just want the right to live in peace, the right to breathe without fear.” “Palestinian women have borne the greatest burden of this suffering, yet we are still here.
