Through an investigation from a neighborhood complaint, an illegal dog of dogs in Villa Luro was dismantled, where animals exploited sexually to sell their young. Marketing was done through WhatsApp, in exchange for millionaire amounts. The place was closed and the owner ended up charged with “animal cruelty.” The operation was carried out in a Yerbal house at 6000. The police officers rescued twenty dogs from the “Schnauzer Miniature” race, of which fourteen were females and four were pregnant about having young. In addition, two males and four puppies were found in the place, which were offered on social networks in exchange for figures greater than a million pesos. The veterinarians who were part of the procedure verified that the hatchery was illegal and that the animals were not in the indicated form: they were poorly fed and had signs of having sexually exploited systematically. They participated in the case. The person in charge of the farm was charged with the crimes of “animal cruelty” (article 3 of Law 14,346) and “violation of the local sanitary norms” (article 206 of the Criminal Code). They intervened the Specialized Fiscal Unit in Environmental Matters (UFEMA), by the prosecutor Carlos Fel Rolero Santurián, and Judge José Beguelin, of the Criminal Court Contraventional and of Criminal Court.
