In question: a false TCL controller seen several times in line B oars, reports Le Progrès. According to several testimonies, an individual posing as a control agent has tried to scam travelers in recent days. Alerted, Sytral Mobilités recalled the rules allowing to distinguish a real controller from an impostor. A fraudulent method that could have trapped several users. Called on the scene, the police failed to challenge the author, the latter having fled before their arrival. Images of the station’s video surveillance network are being operating and could identify the fraudster. To avoid any confusion, TCL recalls that the official controllers: • always intervene in two, minimum; • never patrol alone on the quays or in the trains; • are provided with an identifiable outfit and an official badge. In doubt, it is formally advised not to put money. It is immediately necessary to contact TCL staff or alert the police.
