Vladimir Putin signed a decree on the transfer to the temporary administration of the 100% shares of the Nizhny Novgorod Chemical and Farmets Plant (Nizhfarm), owned by Nidda Lynx SA RL from Luxembourg. Russian LLC Farmirus was appointed by Nizhfarma. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, as Interfax writes, the company belongs to Anna Zagologina and “carries out comprehensive supplies of drugs and medical equipment for design applications.” The Nidda Lynx SA RL has bought the Nizhfarma shares in November 2023 from the German pharmaceutical company, which owned them since 2005. In December, Nizhfarm itself explained that Stada “allocated a Russian company in a separate business”, and this is the “internal reorganization”. The group of Nizhfarm companies is one of the largest drug manufacturers in Russia. The chemical and pharmaceutical plant appeared in Nizhny Novgorod back in 1919. Nizhfarm includes two production sites in Nizhny Novgorod and Obninsk, and also produces vital drugs for the treatment of diabetes of the second type and arterial hypertension. In the rating of the pharmaceutical companies of the retail market, according to the results of 2023, Nizhfarm took first place. (Tagstotranslate) News
